- These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bangla; in the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.
Account Creation & Security
To register on nogod8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension. The name, national ID number, and mobile number provided at registration must be genuine and valid. Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility — if you share your login credentials with anyone, you bear full responsibility for the consequences. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the nogod8 support team immediately and change your password. Certain services may be restricted until you complete the identity verification (KYC) process.
- Providing false information during registration may result in account termination.
- The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
- We recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All financial transactions on nogod8 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and all payment gateways are secure and encrypted. Before making a deposit, please ensure you are using the correct amount and payment method — nogod8 is not responsible for incorrect transactions. A completed KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals, and withdrawal requests are processed within a maximum of 72 hours. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change; the latest figures can always be found in the platform's payment section. Any winnings linked to a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made. If fraudulent payments or chargebacks are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology Act and relevant financial regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction. Any disagreement between a user and the company will first be addressed through direct negotiation. Should any individual clause be found legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
